<![CDATA[Welcome to Caryl Joy Young's Art : <big><b>Being an exhibiting artist in Hot Springs, Arkansas, is an exhilarating experience! A group of four of us --Shirley Anderson, Barbara Seibel, Sue Shields and me -- began painting together every Monday in May 2007. In November we co-published an art book of our work along with anecdotes about our art. Then in 2008 we began hanging our artwork as a group at Central Park Fusion Cuisine in Hot Springs. February 2009 found the four of us giving painting demos in the restaurant called First Wednesdays, the first Wednesday of each month. <u>The biggest, most exciting challenge for us has been the opening of our own gallery -- Gallery 726 at 726 Central Avenue in downtown Hot Springs -- on May 1, 2009, for Gallery Walk!</u>
We invited six other 2-D artists, a potter, a jewelry maker, a wood turner and two glass artists to join us. We hope you'll plan to drop in for a delightful experience in our gallery.
We're open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M.</big></b>]]>
